Fast, Reliable, and Professional Company May 25, 2026

I was in need of an emergency repair, and after leaving messages with other companies, I tried calling Next Level and got an actual person. They sent techs out in less than an hour to evaluate my problem. I needed a whole new service (Mid Century Home), which they scheduled the same week. They anticipated it to be done the same day, which it was; I had safe power again. I can’t thank Angel, Andy, and Mathias enough. They were very pro. and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend this company! We called Next Level Pros when the electricity on half our house went out. Kylene was able to schedule us the same day. Thayne was super friendly and got the power going in less than an hour. He even came back to fix a related issue and was super efficient and courteous. We are likely going to have to replace the plugs in our older home, so feel confident in calling Next Level to handle a bigger project. They do great work and are upfront and honest, so consider them for any electrical work in your home. Six out of five stars!!

I have never written a Google Review before. I had to write one for Next Level on principle. Gold standard customer service, terrific pricing, and I am a lifer for this company after our amazing experience. Will only ever use this team in the future for any electrical install, rewiring, or emergencies. By far the fastest response time of all the electricians in the area when we had an emergency scenario that needed fixing within 12 hours before we left town. Kaylene, as the owner, came out within 20 minutes of discussing our scenario over the phone because her other techs were busy and she wanted to help me out because she listened to me and understood the reason for my urgency. I’ve had 2 other home emergencies related to non-electrical items over the years when my boyfriend hasn’t been available to help, and inevitably I end up spending more time defending why it’s urgent to the people I’m trying to hire than they spend fixing it, often multiple times with several different people on the phone and again in person, and then when they arrive they unfortunately tend to talk my ear off patronizing me about not knowing enough about whatever plumbing issue/gas leak/water heater item needs fixing. Kaylene could not have been more different. She listened to the issue over the phone, she got to our home to evaluate it efficiently, was kind, extremely knowledgeable, and ensured she understood the problem and our timeframe, and arranged for it to be entirely rewired at an amazing price. She immediately diagnosed what was a complex electrical issue. She clearly explained everything to me in a way that was simple enough for me to understand with no experience in that specialty at all, confirmed a price quote which she honored, and heard the level of anxiety in my voice about fixing it asap (it was on a Friday, so most other companies told us Monday would be the earliest time we could get). Our technician, Tristan, was absolutely lovely, super speedy, and walked us through what he was doing so we had more knowledge of how the circuitry works. He actually skipped his lunch to get to us instead of even having us wait a day, let alone until the next Monday. They ensured Tristan brought all the necessary equipment and even had a spa box on hand to replace our damaged one for us. This is a company that truly lives by their values and cares about their customers. Cannot recommend more highly.

This company is the absolute best. I had an emergency job that needed to be fixed ASAP. They came out the next day and resolved the issue, even when their schedule was full.
