I hired Next Level for an electrical panel replacement/upgrade. I interacted with their representatives at the Denver Home and Garden Show, the office personnel, the estimator, and the electricians. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. Mathias and Angel were right on time and walked me through what they would be doing, answered all my questions, and reviewed the completed work with me, again answering all my questions. We used Next Level Pros to upgrade our electrical panel, install a plug for a kiln, and install the electrical work for a hot tub. Matthias came and gave us a quote which was by far the most reasonable quote we received for the work! He and Dan also came to do the work only a few days later and did an excellent job. They were very respectful of our property. They had to trench a few holes in our drywall to have the ground reach the water shutoff, and they were able to do so with very little mess and were considerate in leaving everything so it could be easily patched. Matthias walked me through all of the work that was done and was very good to answer all of my questions. They even dealt with the permits for the work, and Kaylene coordinated the final inspection with the city so that we wouldn’t have to. Absolutely would recommend and we will be using them for all future electrical work that we need done!
